RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Art. 52 of EU Directive 2011/83 and the Italian Consumer Code, if you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must send a written notice within 14 days of receiving the goods via:

Please include:

Order or invoice number.

Description and quantity of the products you wish to return.

Your bank details (IBAN/SWIFT) for the refund.
Returning the products
Products must be returned to the address above at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Condition: Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and with the original seals unbroken.

Shipping Costs: The costs for returning the goods are to be paid by the Customer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

Custom-made or clearly personalized goods.

Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the total amount paid within 14 business days via bank transfer or the original payment method (PayPal/Credit Card).
