SHIPPING

For Italy via express courier. Shipping costs are clearly visible in the e-commerce shopping cart before payment.

The shipment of the goods will take place within 4 working days from receipt of payment, barring lack of stock availability. Courier delivery generally takes 24/48 hours (delivery time for some disadvantaged locations and smaller islands may be longer).

Shipments will not be made from 23/12/22 to 9/01/23 due to holiday closure.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made via Express Courier (delivery in 24/48h), shipping will take place within 4 days of receipt of payment.

Please correctly indicate the delivery address and, if possible, a telephone number, which will only be used in case of problems with the order and delivery.

It is always advisable to indicate an address where someone is always present to receive the goods. You could arrange with the shopkeeper below your home, or have the package delivered to your office.

Check that the packages do not arrive wet or with crushed sides. Should this happen, write "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note. Only in this way can we request a refund for damaged goods.
